Holidays in Monzambano at Lake Garda, Italy

Monzambano is not one of the main tourist destinations at Lake Garda, but perhaps for this reason, it is the town south of the lake that you have to visit.

In Monzambano you can admire medieval architecture, the center of the village offers a wonderful castle, and is surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

The gourmets here can really enjoy with great wines and delicious food. Besides excellent cuisine, can also visit the beautiful park  "Parco Giardino Sigurtà", the large dam in Valeggio sul Mincio and the magnificent castle Castellaro Lagusello. The atmosphere here is unique, with crickets that intone their song to the moon you can make a magical and romantic candlelight dinner.

Monzambano is near Sirmione, Peschiera and Desenzano and amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World and Parco Giardino Sigurtà.





Castellaro Lagustello
Castellaro Lagusello should be mentioned, when we talk about Mozambano at Lake Garda. The village is a dream of a medieval village. Coming from the West you even have to cross an ancient draw-bridge to get to the village.
The center presents itself with hundreds of alleyways and corners, with many beautiful villas and a majestic church with a Madonna-statue from the 4th century. Castellaro Lagusello is really worth visiting.
